Who We Are
Innovative Therapy Initiative was established to address a growing care gap for older adults and vulnerable individuals who cannot access traditional outpatient clinics and may not qualify for ongoing home health services.
We provide skilled in-home outpatient physical therapy, caregiver education, and community-based support designed to maintain mobility, prevent avoidable decline, and help individuals remain safely in their homes.
